Steven Vaccaro recently tested a TP 4092 1800kv against a Leopard 4092 1730kv both on 6s in a 36" Delta Force cat & the TP ran 60mph against 67mph for the Leopard. The Leopard also had lots of torque.

Wow, and the TP had a higher kv. I can get a used TP for 70.00, but I was going to get a leopard. And that 70.00 is with a jscket.

I believe both motors were run on the same prop x450.
