Whats the diam of the cans on your motors, Leopard spec them @ 39.8mm. But i have an early 4074 motor that is 40.2mm & its immposible to get a current water cooler on. Its that tight even with lube on it just tears the o ring & cant even start to get the o ring on the can. Thanks Martin.

get another set of O rings
what O rings have you got? if the can fits over without the O rings then the water can is fine and youve probably got rings that are too hard?
i found my 5682 cooling jacket o rings are HEAPS harder than the ones that came with the leopard 4074 water cooling jacket -
These are the stock red soft silicon o rings, the can is 40.2mm the water cooler without o rings in bearly slides on the can. Its that close a fit that where the 4 screws in the end cap (shaft end) protrud very slightly out beond the can od the cooler catches on these. Like i said Leopard now list the can size at 39.8mm.Comment

I bet this keda jacket would fit, this is in the desription "This only fits the KEDA 4074 motors. This will be to large of a diameter on other motors." I bet it'll be just large enough to fit
