    Replacing bullets on leopard 4082

I just got a leopard 4082 2200kv and want to put 5.5 bullet conectors on it. Can I just cut off the old ones or do I need to unsolder them. The wires coming out are flexible so I don't think they are part of the windings.
    Thanks for the help.

The windings are the wires in the motor and on some motors they come out and are used as the leads to the motor. They have a special coating on them and you can't solder to them. You should be ok with shortening your esc wires.
