timing for leopard 4082 1450kv 4d motor?

hi guys i have a leopard 4082 1450kv 4d motor that i want to run a 180 turnigy esc on. the esc as quiet a large timing range what do you think the best setting would be for this motor. thanks for any replies....

If its a D wind motor then 0 degrees timming is usually best.
