If anybody can help me, I need the measurement from the end of the can to the bottom of the wire harness.

if you mean the casing at the back that houses the wires its 11mm

Well technically the front (end where you mount) to the Wire housing. But I'm guessing if that housing is 11mm and total lenght is 83. The measurement should be somewhere in the 72mm range?
Just trying to figure out if the wires will clear the rear mount being that it comes out the side and not the end.If all of your wishes are granted, many of your dreams will be destroyed!Comment

yeah it's 73 mm tight from the back of the motor to the where the wires exit the motor
