i upgraded from a 2600kv motor to a 3600 kv motor ?

the 3600 seems slower than the 2600 on a 2 cell

the 3600 is much faster than the 2600 on a 3 cell

why does the 3600 run like crap on a 2 cell

Been there done that. The reason is the 3600 does not have the torque to turn the prop you are useing so you actually slow the prop down. Its faster on 3 cells because of the more power you put to it.
