HobbyWing Seaking 60 A acting strange?

    Hello
I have the above Seaking 60A esc in a mini boat. From few days now, when connected to the batteries, is not detecting the right number of cells (3s) only 1 and is making only one beep.
Otherwise it seems to work ok. I have tried on auto setting and also setting manually the number of cells, still the same thing.
Any ideas? Maybe you have experienced this before? Please advise.
    Regards

Just a quick update to let you know that I found out what was the problem with my ESC.
When the LVC is disabled, the ESC is not counting the cells anymore.
Once I have set the LVC back to 2.8V the counting started again...
So I am guessing that the only purpose of the cells count is to know the voltage when to cut off.
                Regards
