seaking or turnigy

any opinions on the seaking 180 ESC compared to the turnigy 180 ESC as they look the same but a fair price differance. i have programing cards for both. so are they the same or only in looks

Does the turnigy 180's come with extra caps installed? The version 2 of the Hobbywing has 5 caps and the version 3 which OSE sells has 7 caps total
