    Hobbywing programming

    Hi,

I just bought a Hobbywing 120 A ESC for my Miss Geico. Going to use it first with the stock motor and 2x 2s 50000 mah 40C lips and try some props. Talking about the programming of the ESC (i have the program card), what should I select ?

Lipo Cells: as I said, I am using 2x 2s (stock configuration). Shall I select "2 cell" or "4 cells" (there is also "autocalculate" but I don't know if it will work with 2x 2 cells ?).

    Low voltage cutoff Thresold: ? (values are "no protection" / "2.8v/cell" / "3.0v/cell" / "3.2v/cell" / "3.4/cell").

    Timing: ? (values are "0" / "3.75" / "7.50" / "11.25" / "15.00" / "18.75" /"22.50" / "26.25")

    Thanks !

    You want

    4S or Auto
    3.2 V
    15

That is what I use on exact same setup (except I run 5S most times) I have used both "autocalculate" and 4 or 5S all with no issues.

Your lipos will still only discharge to about 3.54V when it slows down

Try a X642 or X442 Octura prop seem to be the favorites.

Don't use the auto detect leads to a lot of issues. I recommend manually selecting the cell count. The seaking are notorious for the auto issue. I also suggest 11.25 timinig.
