Does the Seaking 80hv have breaking?

Just like the title I need to know if the Seaking 80hv has breaking, and if anyone has ever used it if it does so I can be 100% sure.

It does not appear to have braking. Here is the manual for it:
Lego head

Why would you want braking in a boat!

It is for an electric actuator, we are going to go with a car esc. And thanks!
I thought it didn't because of the manual but HK's dscription say all the seaking/turnigys do so I thought I would ask and make sure.

Aha! Different application. So you don't need water cooling anyway. Good call to go with a car controller.
