SeaKing 180a Problems...please help

So..I am hooking the ESC up to the batteries and there is no power or throttle response at all. No beeping or anything. Tried hooking up the program card to reset but it will not send power to the program card either. Green LED is lit up on the ESC but nothing. Steering is working and that is it. Any suggestions. Thanks

the motor is showing a little bit of resistance when I try spinning the collet with my fingers, but thats about it

Try dis-abling the BEC. Mine did this and I bought a receiver pack, and prob solved.

I have a castle BEC eliminator and tried it both ways and NOTHING...any other ideas> thanks
