    180 sea king green ring on esc wire to reciever

    is the demagnatzier green ring nessasary i removed it upon install and lost it whats it called ...do i need one it was wrapped around the wire that went into receiver box were do i get one and the name of it please

    Its called an RF choke. Its there to reduce noise from the motor wires getting into your Rx causing glitching. I normally take them off but there is no harm in leaving it on. As long as your esc/ rx wire crosses the motor wires at 90 deg you shouldnt be getting any noise. Never run them parallel to each other unless they are on opposite sides of the hull innards or seperated by at least several inches for a short distance.
