Help programming Swordfish Pro 220 ESC

Can someone please tell me how to program this Swordfish 220 Pro ESC to my Leopard 4074 2150kv. I have the program box and I am running 2 2S 5000mah in series. Using a S/B Y547 prop. Someone did my last ESC and I am unsure what all the settings need to be. Thx Jeff

I have a manual uploaded here. It shows all the parameters.

Ok thx that helped. I used Tx and Got prop turning now. But I thought there was more specific settings like timing and few others that I use the program box to set.....Thx Jeff

Set the start up type to "Soft Start" and I think your motor is a Y wind, so 10-14° timing.

Ok thanks. I had it different. Just changed it to soft start and I'll try it at 12* first. Thx Jeff

Why the soft start and not standard or fast?

I have no idea why soft start, I'd be interested in knowing the reasons behind this, never set mine to that and I've abused the crap out of mine no problems with the regular start.
Happy to change it if there is a valid reason behind the change, never to old to learn something.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

If you don't do soft start it will be jumpy when guiding it in to shore/dock. Ask me how I know....
For some reason this series does that.

It is also easier on drivetrain.

Strange! Maybe it's the way I bring in my boats, not something that I've noticed at all, I still use the old nitro technique for bringing my boats in. Old habits die hard.
If that's it I'll stick with the regular start. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Ok so the disadvantage is that it's a little jumpy coming in which doesn't matter as I have the LVC cutoff set to soft anyway. But what is the advantage to running it in standard start up. Does it accelerate faster and smoother? Thx Jeff

My experience is the "Soft Start" results in smoother acceleration.

One more programming question. I have the LVC set to 2 cells as I'm running 2s lipos. Do I set the next setting which is LVC per cell to 2.8v ? Thx Jeff

Set @ 3.2/cell. 2.8 is too low and will damage the cells .
