Swordfish 200amp plus Why does it delay at cutoff so much?? Is this normal??

Hi, My new 200amp+ swordfish is really lagging(delayed) at cutoff. Checked parameters and all seems ok. Is this a normal thing for swordfish escs? When I let off throttle I want the motor to shut down not run for a second or two. Any suggestions or just deal w/ it.

It's easier on the components as far as I know.

Start the programming software and change your soft start to low or off.
That will get you instant start and it will cut the power the moment you take finger off the throttle...

Mine did that and nearly destroyed my boat. The delay combined with the slow stopping outrunner was a bad combination. I switched radios and the problem went away. I am thinking it was something to do with the exponential adjustment on the throttle. The second radio didn't have any and I had no issues with it again other than an eventual meltdown.
