I have just picked up this as my first boat, so I am interested in the modifications you do. I have already had to swop the prop shaft bushings, and replace with oilite bushings due to excessive play and vibration in the prop shaft. The prop shaft only makes contact by 1.5mm on the stock bushing. With the oilite bushes it now makes contact the whole 6mm length of the bush. Going to a brushless setup I assume this would be one of the first mods that would need to be done.
