2 X swordfish 240a esc 5692 motor 1340kv 54" fountain , after 5 min came in at 156f?? is this to hot??

anyone know what the max temp you can run this ESC

Also would the Swordfish cut off when it get above its temp ?? or could I burn the Unit??

That's too HOT, it will burn. Prop too big, running to long, or both.

I think It was a water problem after looking at the boat today, I will have to retest next week, what you guys say is a safe temp 120-135fEsc & Motor 135-145F ??
