Need a little help with water inlet/outlet

So recently bought a used esc ad looks like a port broke in shipping. Is this replaceable or a simple fix?
Can I heat up the glue and replace it? Or is the esc just kinda junk at this point? I can slip a hose over the nub but I wouldn?t want to be racing and have that come off by chance

you clue a copper pipe in the stub and use it for outlet, these esc's are good
