MGM ESC castle 1721 not working electric turbo

Hey guys, hope you are going great! I have some issues with my set up. My ESC (MGM X2 400) got back from repair and I try my new motor (castle 1721 2400kv) at the same time. I am getting super low input (60A) current and super hight pulse current (450A) and a peak current of 220A I find a thread from 2017 but no real answer.
Still waiting for a response from mgm
Now what I did, I currently macking an electric turbo for my car. Long story short, the motor/turbo set-up have been proven to work by a friend on an other forum. But the only difference I have is the ESC and a powerfull battery.
Last year I had a TP 4070 and I was over volting it and having a crazy 15kw! Great reasult but damaging the ESC
Now I only get barely 2kw and struggle to not it the cut-off safety. **WITH OR WITHOUT LOAD** by running it in the car or just free spin the impeller without the housing, I get the same results
My question is, why do I get weird number on my ESC log and why I can?t get it to run properly?

    Sounds like it loosing commutation..

What kind of wind is that motor and what kind of timing are you running ?

My timing is set to 0. I?ve tried to up a little bit the timing at 5 but only that make it worst.
I talk to Joe from castle creation and he reslly don?t think it?s a motor issue. Y or D winding. I am still waiting for MGM response

I'd try auto timing to start with.

What kind of batteries and what voltage are you running ??
        Is it hitting LVC ?
Is it getting the right signal ??

We're going to need more info......

Why auto timing if I go up in timing thigs just get worst?
I am running A123 pouch cells 20ah 12s (35.4v in my case) wich the volt drop is about 1.0v. So plenty of power
For the signals I have no remote, simply a switch direct to the ESC

If its a rc esc i cant see that switch working....
It needs the correct signal to operate properly.

Switch mounted on a arduino which is plugged direct on to the ESC. Yes it work properly.

No it doesnt.... You wouldnt be here if it were....

Ditch the Arduino and see if it works with a rc controller or servotester.
I'm willing to bet it's either loosing commutation due to high rpm or the Arduino *!***!***!***!**ing *!***!***!***!** up.

Using a transmitter or servotester will show which one it is.
If its commutation it will show up in the upper rpm range , of its the Arduino it just works....

I am not here for the switch. I did my first bench test witch servotester before the arduino. It did work just fine, my log show a 100% throttle at all the time. Read my post a second time and you will see that I never talk about a throttle problem. The transmitter have no effect on the weird amp that go in vs the peak amp and all of it.

The MGM esc might not like the 4 pole high KV motor.

I really find it surprising the amount of issues people have with MGM's with poor customer service
