ZTW 160A SBEC 8a

Two part question for new to ZTW land ...Can someone shed light on this esc ( 160 A SBEC 8a ) if i need an external BEC or does this model have a built in? Also the second part , do i need an external battery source or does the esc have a pic for the rx? Or ... sry guys , i am running a 4092 1480 kv, twin S3 5000 batteries , 45/1.9 prop. not sure if i should wire in series or Parallele ,,, ok ok part three ....Nitro was soooooo much easier, but this rehab hydro 36" screamed FE...help I be drowning here ....

SBEC 8a = BEC that can handle a 8amp draw. Yes it has BEC.
