Didn't even run this in a boat just been using for setup just plugged in and it's smoking. Can this be fixed?

I took the cooling plates off it's a flier 250 speed control that was labeled as a fightercat. At least that's my understanding

You can replace FETs, but much more tricky is finding out why it burned in the first place and preventing the same thing happening again.
