ESC cooling water flow

ESC cooling water flow...what is the best ...in the front and exit the rear...or ? does it make a difference ?

No, the ESC doesn't know front/back. You're just sending cool water through a warm heatsink.

I was just thinking that flow might be better front to rear......same direction of boat travel....I'll see what route the tubing fits he best.
