TFL Genesis Twin 56’ ESC setup with Radio.

Hello Guys didn’t get the setup paperwork with this brand new Genesis Twin and sort of working in the dark here. My radio is a Spektrum DX5-C. How do I get the radio to link up with the ESC’s. The steering Servo is working fine but makes a continuous squeal when not operating. Any ideas on this? Will attach a few pics of ESC and Servo. Any help would be much appreciated.
