You could try one of these. I’ve ordered a few gforce motors and other things from here and theyve held up.

I would look at maybe using a 20-30amp Drone controller... there are some super small ones out there and firmware you can easily modify for your needs.

They come in all shapes in sizes and there are insaneeeeeeeeeee varieties.

Turnigy plush work on wheel radio. Decent escs but need waterproofing. Should be the size you need with Bec.

*Sorry, discontinued. Might grab a pair of the 100s since they modify easily for spec boats.
