I have both, cant tell the difference aside from a few minor changes. They both perform solid in my book. I think cap banks were bigger on the turnigy. Don't hold me to that.Proboat Voracity-E 36" , Proboat Zelos 36 Twin , Proboat Miss Geico 29" , Traxxas Spartan, Fightercat Daytona, Zonda -

I added one more, the thunder tiger / ACE, the only difference at a glance is in the xt90 connectors of tunder tiger. And that does not bring swicht off turned off like the turnigy. Same wires, capacitors ...
Thunder costs less money. I still do not try it.
I'm deciding whether to use turnigy v2 or turnigy / thunder v3 ...Comment

Warning - just because they "look the same" does not mean they are the same inside. Chinese ESC manufacturers are famous for making small changes in components to meet price points, often the result is an inferior product. Too, they are masters at copying each other, often emulating a respected product like the original T-180 but using cheap products. IMO it's best to stick to known products, the T-180 and SK-180.

Hi, yes, understanding
I only draw the attention that outwardly they are identical. The packaging is far superior to the turnigy. Last year was on sale at 50% of the value of a seaking. I still have to test its operation. It is series equipment of the thunder tiger olimpian speedboat.
I can check here, which seems more suitable for a twin cat if the versions v2 or v3 of turnigy. I have both versions. It will be used with two tp 4050.Comment

Thanks for all the help. That's exactly the motor I'm looking to control. Also a TP 4050-2200 kv. Going into a 30-32" hydro. Thinking a 4S setup for power? I'm a nitro boater looking to open a new can of worms... So i would like a hull I can get some run time and have some power for a few quick laps. CTComment
