Turnigy 180A ESC programming with radio help!

I forgot to order card. Any good video or step by step?

Is it always goes 4-5 slow beeps and one long after turned on?
Should you calibrate throttle all the time when turned on?

I try to get into programming mode going by the manual but confused.

1. I pull full throttle on transmitter.
2. Turning on ESC. It goes to 4-5 slow beeps and after many short beeps. No time to select mode.

Please help!

I figured it out. had to set throttle channel to reverse.
