    Blown T180

    Yesterday after club races while waiting for others to finish upon rethrottle to come in ESC blew so hard it lifted the lid off. Now after installing new esc nothing works. I installed and bound new receiver and motor runs but no servo, can a badly blown esc take out these other parts as well. ESC was in 3 pieces and light in old receiver did not come on when new ESC was plugged in. Thanks for the help.

    One possible (and likely) explanation is that when the ESC went kaboom it shot the full input battery voltage (normally detoured through the bec circuit) to the Rx and servo, burning them up. I've had that happen when outboard bec's did the same.
