Novak 5600uf 10 volt Capacitor

Hey guys, i was doing a clean out and found this capacitor I have had for at least 5 years.
Can it be used on something like our marine esc's. 180a hobbywing, 120a seaking esc's etc?

It would be limited to 2S power, and is probably too large to be very effective in reducing ripple current - better to have five 1000 mF or ten 500 mF caps than a single big one. IIRC it was intended to power the receiver in case of voltage drop.
