AquaCraft ESC Help needed....

Have a ESC/BL motor problem. I have a Aquacraft Wildcat BL boat. When I plug the battery in, I go thru the arming process. The esc responds with the correct beeps. When I apply throttle, the motor just sits there and vibrates back and forth. The esc is not programmable. Any ideas? Is the ESC just bad? I did hook up another aircraft esc to the motor and motor responds fine but to run the boat I need the water cooled ESC.

Are you using the stock radio?

I've had this when one of the three wires to the BL motor is not attached/bad joint.
