Motor is a Leopard 4074-B 2000kv This what I have sitting on the shelf. I am just retired and want too start using the parts I have . Any any help would be great . My wife put me on budget ,it's that or get another job . After 37yrs of work that does not sound fun at all.Comment

Most Sport Hydro's around the 27" length will only support a two battery setup of 2S each.
A two battery setup of 4S each would be preferred but not necessary.
So we now have Two 2S packs connected in series, giving you a 4S1P setup.
A Hobby Wing "SeaKing" 180 v3 Amp ESC. would be your best bet.

With that motor - Leopard 4074 - 2000kv
Two 2S packs connected in series, giving you a 4S1P setup.( maybe 6600mA Packs)
And a "SeaKing" 180 Amp V3 ESC
You should be good to go.
