I'm having trouble getting my esc programmed or to turn on ? it's a turnigy t120 marine esc and a hobbywing program card . the program card wont come on ,nothing ? battery is full , tested the program card on my other esc (heli) ,all good ? the esc has never been plugged in before (new). could be a faulty esc ? I'm new to the FE stuff , how to check the esc
