It is the Seaking/Turnigy 120ESC V2. These V2 ESCs have proven themselves to be very good performers in the past few years.
It is a very good price.
    However,
Atomick/Venom has installed EC5 for the batteries and 4mm female banana plugs for the motor. Note that Seaking/Turnigy comes without any connectors AND, I have a feeling the gauge on the wires may be different meaning this one you are looking at may come with thinner wires. I may be wrong on this, just want to point it out.

it is the same as this: http://www.hobbypartz.com/07e-c-seaking-120a.html This is an earlier picture where the tube is different than later V2.

      Thanks tlandauer,
The ad says new old stock, if this means its version 1, were there any real issues with the original version of this controller?
      Thanks again

        Hmmm...
When I got into this hobby, it's already V2, so I am not really sure if there were any outstanding issues with the V1. Judging from how the cooling pipes are configured, my feeling is that what you are looking at is aready V2, plus, the Atomik label is a relatively new one, it could not have been V1.
The old ones have the pipe as a "-" , V2 has the pipes on the same side.
