swordfish 220 a pro plus

I have a brand new 220 a pro plus . Ran it and i am having problems with it cutting out . Freshly charged battery and I know it's not cutting out on lol voltage. But it's like it has a miss in it. And also can't get the software to load the info from the esc to show the data logging info. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

How many cells, what brand of lipo ( quality matters), what kv and prop, does this happen right away or after a few minutes, how is the soldering? , etc., etc.
