Castle Creation Hydra Ice 240 with cracked plastic case

I had some credits and also a Gold member discount, so three months ago I bought a CC Hydra Ice 240 from TowerHobbies. I have been busy and never bothered to open the box to check the state of quality.
Well, long story short, I checked just now and found that the plastic casing is cracked on ALL four corners where the four screws goes thru. Should I return it or is this a common situation. I guess I won't mind too much if this left the factory that way but if it was a return-factory-serviced item that they ( Tower) are selling as new, then I have a problem with it.
Any ideas you guys can give me is greatly appreciated!

Did you purchase the ESC on the scratch and dent board? If you did then then there could be a problem. If it was purchased new and came that way it was more than likely a factory packaging issue that caused the problem. I had bought a new one and it had one side with cracked screw mounts and one of the water tubes was not attached. I called castle and I sent them the esc and they sent me a new one and a free castle link usb adapter. Castle is really good about their warranty service.

It is a common problem, but Castle should be able to help you.

Why not return to the vendor? Would it not be faster?

Thanks guys, I agree with all the suggestions, I would normally contact Tower Hobbies as they are very easy to deal with, but I waited 3 months, this was bought on Jan. 22, 2013. It is stupidity on my part NOT to inspect upon arrival of item, lesson learned!
I sense certain reluctance on their part and I don't blame them. I contacted CC and will sent it in.
@ Race MechanicX, thank you very much for pointing it out, I thought it might be quite common, I even debated whether to ignore it, but will enjoy the CC customer service, lol...
