Castle Ice 2 and Corrossion X

I have some castle ICE 2 240's and one HV 200amp esc's. I want to protect the electronics using Corrosion X. Before I undue the four screws that appear to hold the case all together to open them up and start spraying I figured I would ask if someone else has done this before and if there is anything I should know about those particular esc's that might be a problem. Thanks.

I have used Conformal Coating by MG chemicals(the silicone kind) and it did release the heat sink tape or compound or whatever it was they use.Not sure on the Corrosion X other than any of it voids warranty,or so I have been told.Although, they fixed them anyway.
If it were me,and it will be(have two to do),I would have heat sink tape in hand before I tried it.
