    Castle BEC

    Anyone ever run a Castle BEC with the Hydra 240 HV ? The online directions show to dissconect the red wire on the ICE controllers but nothing about the HV Hydras. I know you need the red wire attached on the HV models. Just asking before i put one in. Thanks

    I run that config. I just cut the middle (red) wire on the Hydra reciever connector and wired in the bec onto the pos/neg battery lead hydra connectors.

      I never cut the red wire on an ESC. in case you decide to sell it at a later date. I use a servo extension and cut the red wire in the extension and your expensive ESC. is still intact. BG:
