turnigy 6 ''short circuıt'' error

hello everyone from turkey.ı have turnigy 6 but ıs ıt not working.when ı connected lipo and push the start that give me ''short circuit'' alarm (balance and normal charge).ı tryed other lıpo that gıve to same alarm.and after ı bougth ımax b6,and ıt ıs working,He worked without problems.ı send to turnigy mail but they not answer to me.what can ı do ? can ı send to trash :D
