parallel balancing board

This may be a stupid question but will these boards work with 5000 or 5300mah packs I'm going to use a triton eq charger which I believe has a max charge rate of 5 amps. Also are they safe?

it will work but depending on how many mah's you need to put back in it may take a hour or more

Balance boards are safe and popular on the flying side of RC especially with the lower mah batteries most commonly being 3s 2200mah packs. I think you'll find with the much larger packs like your looking to charge it will be pushing the limits of the charger and not really improve charge time. With the those size packs it may be easier just to charge by themselves...

I use hyperion 0606i 50 watt chargers and run only 2ea 2s 5000 lipos I usr up aprox 2500mah for a heat of racing and recharge in parallel tales a little over an hour to recharge the batts after a run. The charger is only a 50 watt and It will recharge at 6 amps
