Strange question but, how is it that I can run my charger on a 12V power supply and it is able to produce enough voltage to charge my 22.2V packs?
I know transformers (not optimus prime) can lower voltage like from 120 to 24V but how do they up the voltage? Is it similar to a capacitor in some way? Just wondering.
