Hiv lipo and esc $ please

Hello i built me a tunnel hull and bought some hyperion g7 packs..im running flycolor 150 esc..problem is when packs are fully charged to 4.35 a cell boat gets 5 feet then cuts off..and keeps doin that un till i bring packs to 4.2v per cell.. any i dea what causing that or a way to fix it thanks

I believe the Raider has an auto lipo cell count detection. So when you connect 4 cells at 4.35V per cell it thinks it's a 5 cell pack. As soon as you apply load, the voltage drops and the low voltage cutoff kicks in. Normally it will not reset in till you disconnect the battery and reconnect, but it sounds like it's auto resetting. Have you tried limiting the charge voltage to 4.25V/cell and trying again?
