Very ease to make your own.

If you put one male plug facing north - with two female plugs (one on each side of the male plug) facing south on a flat surface.

Now you can put a piece of wire through the holes where the solder goes.
Now solder the hole thing together through the ends where the wire would go.
Put some heat shrink or tape around it and you are ready to go.

For the other plug you use two male plugs and one female plug.
