    Batteries for Pursuit FE

I am in the process of setting up a Pursuit, I have a Leopard 3674 and a Seaking 180A V3 ESC. Any suggestions on what batteries I should use for this setup.

    I was thinking on the Reaction 7.4V 5000mAh 2S 50C LiPo, Hardcase, EC5 Connector.

    Any and all suggestions welcomed.

I also looked at the Lectron Pro 7.4 volt - 5200mAh 50C Lipo Battery Pack

I have had great luck with Dinogy/Giant Power and Revoltrix. Before these I had run Thunder Power($$$ and no better), Skylipo, and a few Turnigy's. The Dynogy's and Revo's are superior and are a fair price and 65c. Any particular reason for hard case?

Thank you very much for this info, I have done some reading on the packs you suggested and they look nice..... I think I am going to get the Giant Power or Dynogy. My friend is getting some Revoltrix fro his revolt so we can do the comparison.

I have a BlackJack and Proboat recommends the Dynamite Packs, so I bought those. They work well, so that's the reason I was thinking on getting another pair.

I have been away from the RC world for some years and I got the BlackJack in December and I am still doing some catching up with the lipo scene, last time i ran an r/c boat it used nihm... lol.

Haha, I hear you. I was also away before coming back and I left at the pre-nimh. Only nicd's . Big big change and adjustment for me. The biggest thing in lipo longevity is do not discharge too much. Usually the factory cut-offs are just a little low.

                Thanks

I store at 3.80 and I set the esc cut off to 3.4 from the 3.2 setting that the black jack came with.
