Something came in the mail today....

I bet you thought I was gonna say something else....but...check these out. Evidently they were just released as I've been peeking on the site and they popped up the other day. Not sure how they got here so fast though. I ordered them Thursday and they attempted to deliver on Tuesday. See if you notice what they are without me telling....

Blend 435! I have no idea what that means but I'm sure it's good. 5800 mah also!

I just ordered from them not long ago and those were not available...

Let us know how they do!

Well, get those suckers ready and make some runs this weekend! I can't wait to see the results!

I am absolutely sold on these Revos(427s) and I am just charging them to 4.20. That being said, what is going to be the hot new charger to work with these things now?

I'm ordering a revo charger tomorrow. I've got to wait till my rigger I ordered comes in so I can measure it for batteries and order some more batteries and charger. I'm getting the power lab 6. I'm going to try the new batteries in something this weekend. I just don't know what. Lol

I wonder if they can be used in a series with the 5500mah 427's 70c's ...

I would say yes if you charge to sane voltage but my rule of thumb is keep like batteries together.

Hers the deal. I've been running a little rigger. I bought a turnigy bolt 4.35v battery while I waited on my revos for it. I'll be testing back to back. No bigger boats running right now...

What are the benefits the 435's and the 427's? Lower sagging voltage under load? or is it just overall better/improved lipo tech...

Have you guys noticed that the same 4s 427 70c 's 4800mah and the 5000mah 4s 435 70c lipos weigh 100 grams less? Kind of surprising it would have that much of a weight difference...

I have. It was a lot slower than the revo 4.35. I think like almost 10mph iirc. I don't even run the turnigy battery anymore. I bought it because my revo shipment was delayed then decided to compare them back to back. I was hoping the turnigy would have faired better. Maybe I need to retest them. I got another motor for the rigger now.
