Went to unplug lipo from charger, always disconnect bullet connectors first but banana connectors accidently came out of charger first and touched each other with other ends still connect to battery. I know this is a not good for batteries, did i damage battery? How can i tell? Battery was just finished being put into storage mode.

Depends on how big the splash was. If it was just a light touch & the battery was at storage level I would say it would probably be ok. Did it melt the 4mm banana plugs? Does the pack show any sign of swelling?
The best thing to do is to check it with your cell checker to see if all the voltages are still the same. If one is out of sync with the rest of them then there is a problem that will only get worse as you charge & discharge the battery.
If all is fine then charge the pack in balance charge mode, at 1C, keeping an eye on the individual cell voltages on the charger. Do this in a Lipo sack and/ or outside on the concrete just to be safe.
The best indicator of pack integrity would be the internal resistance reading of each cell on the charger if your charger has that facility. If each cell is reasonably close then the pack is fine, if one is a lot higher than the others then that cell would be suspect.
If all is ok put the pack back to storage mode.
The real test will be when you discharge it in a boat under load down to about 30% remaining in the pack. Check the pack with the cell checker or on your charger to see if a cell has gone out of sync too far with the others. Anything over one tenth of a volt would concern me. But then charge the pack & see if it balances up at the end of the charge.See the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!
