    Atomik Barbwire XL

Recently got this boat, it is a riot on choppy water. I have a Venom 11.1 2200mAh 40c battery that came with it. As soon as the Battery cutoff licks in, i stop running it. And when I check the battery, the cells are down in the 3.50a range. That seems really low. Any ideas?

Are you sure LVC is turned on in the ESC? The times I've seen a boat run w/o LVC, the LiPo's put out at a continuous rate & then suddenly stopped, leaving just enough power to bring the boat back to shore. So running the LiPo's completely down, mimicked the behavior of LVC.

3.5v sounds about right. The lvc probably cuts at 3.2v, under load, then the cells come back up a bit at rest. I think most rtr stuff has too low an lvc setting, counting on the lower draw of rtr setups. I'm pretty sure any rc car would cut out close to 3.2v for example.

Was just shocked by that number, all my other boats cut out at about 3.70
