Sorry for the late reply Keith, just saw this. Yes they are a bit smaller.
The packs are performing well fellas. Been running some 5 cell packs in a T mono as well.

      Doug,

Do you have any IR measurements from the new cells?

        Hey Tyler,

The IR hasn't changed. 1.9 -2mo /cell at room temperature charged to 4.2/cell. This with 720i. 32 cycles, had to slow down quite a bit this year. At this time I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more.

Ok thanks Doug. I checked another brands HV cells and saw between 2-2.5mOhms at 3.85V at 32C. This was using the Wayne Giles ESR meter. The best cells at the same voltage and temperature are measuring around 1.1-1.2mOhm at 3.85V and 32C.

I brought my ESR meter with me and might try and test and/or cycle some of Rick's HV cells at Huntsville for comparison.

Tyler if I may ask what make cells were reading 1.1 - 1.2 mOhm, were they HV. Thank you Martin.

Martin, both packs were none HV cells. One of the packs was the SLS cells from Germany. The other I want to do more testing on before I release the name to make sure it was not a fluke.
