Internal Resistance limits for LiPo batteries

I am using 5000mA, 45-90C, 2 cell batteries in my Traxxas Spartan. After the last run they slightly puffed so I used an internal resistance meter to check them. One pack was 17 mohms with 3.0 mohms for one cell and 4.o for the other. The other pack was 9.1 mohms for the pack with 3.4 mohms for one cell and 5.2 for the other. The batteries reduced back to normal size within 24 hrs. Can anyone recommend what I should do? Get new one or continue using them. Thanks for your help.

Those IR numbers are fine. The puffing happens when you run to long and the pack gets hot.
