Aero model 90c 2s shorty packs

image.jpgSo AeroModel Rc which is/was the only hacker service agent and manufacturer supported seller of hacker products recently in the last two weeks closed the doors... During their going out of business sale I couldn't help but buy (16) of their top of the line 90-180c shorty hard case 2s packs... These packs are one of the very few hard case packs that has 5mm instead of 4mm internal bullets... I thought they would make great packs for my 4s boats as well as possibly 6s boats as they're 6000mah and are known for their super low resistance... Was I stupid to think they are good for boats too?

They listed for $109 each at AeroModel and I got one heck of a deal... Enough so that I bought 16 of them lol.

Your thoughts on using them for 4s and 6s setups? I thought I could add 5mm bullets to my esc's and run direct into the packs though the packs come with 5mm bullet jumpers if I need extra lengh...do you guys think I will have an issue running these in high amp 4s setups?

The bullets also run all the way through the cases so I can flip them over for pack placement during series connecting, thought that was a bonus too...

You can only try them and see
At least cause you got them cheap you can always flog them off on fleabay and get your money back on. You could even make a buck!

Yeh, I think they may be great actually.... Just didn't know if anyone had good success with packs like this before... Big diff though is not many are made like this at all being 2s packs and 5mm connectors... Most are 4mm and if they were 4mm I wouldn't have bought them :)
