Batteries Storage

How and were do most of you store your batteries. I always store at 3.85. I was reading that is good to store then in the refrigerator.

3.85 is optimum, I store them in cool places, in a safe box.
NEED PARALLEL CONNECTORS??
QUALITY
5.5MM, 8MM,

Store in fridge for long term and cycle as you would a 'new' battery.
