    Batteries and conections

HI, I have two 4s5000Mah lipo's that I want to run in parallel w/ 5.5mm bullets. I know somebody on here has come up with a slick way to do it. Thanks in advance for your help. Henry

My personal preference is to use a direct connection between the ESC and batteries (first series of pics) and eliminate an extra bullet connection.

Thank You, If you hard wire them, how do you charge them? also doesn't the esc's Caps draw current all the time? I Like the connections in the last pictures, are they Home Brew or available on line? Thanks again , Henry

The batteries aren't hard wired. What I'm doing in the pics is adding some pigtails to the ESC wires that everything plugs into. See the pic of what it looks like with everything plugged in. I've subsequently shorten the pig-tails even more now that I have to CoG set where I want it

The 2-way connectors are a home brew of mine. I was originally going this route but changed my mind.

I got it now Rick Thanks, I was thinking the connectors would be better, If you wanted to run in series... But I see now You can do that with this set-up. Thanks again, Henry

I was wondering what the third wire was for, but now I see the Cap bank! Henry
