So i run the two 3 cell 5000 mah 65-130 c in searies with no issues after a good 30 runs besides a dead cell. So i would want to run two 6 cell 2500 mah with same discharge in parellel to be producing the same amount of power correct?

Why? I'm no expert But it seems like the other way your wanting to do it wouldn't that have even more cells that could possibly fail? Just a thought. And two 6s packs are more expensive than two 3s packs?

The 6 cells are not too much more money. I will still have 3 cell batts to use but would like to get longer runtime and yes more cells more problems
